Definitely a mistake that my name is associated with a 4 star experience at Krowne last year. My minivan was in and out within 30 minutes; rustproofed and washed.When I asked they said that's about how long it takes. I then had it checked by a mechanic (who's done tustproofing) who said many areas and even standard plug areas were not done .I don't like to leave bad reviews so I let it be. My father used too have a Krown dealership, so I trust them allot.
A great experience from start to finish. Arrived early, was taken in right away! Price was as stated and even received a 10% discount. Will be returning for future work. Finishing touch was a washed car when I left. Thanks guys!
