For many years, my husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Connor and his team, at the downtown Krown location. We've always been super pleased with the attention to detail that they have, and their great customer service. Thanks guys for keeping our 20+ year old bodies looking beautiful!! :D
Booked an appointment for an oil spray and was there on time. 40 mins pass when I asked how much longer since the vehicle wasn't even in the bay. Was told they were going to be another 40 mins and plus the 45 mins to get the spray done. I can understand waiting 20 mins but to have people waiting 11/2 hours is too much. Read the reviews while waiting and maybe I dodged a bullet.
Professional and welcoming customer service at Ditton Dr in Hamilton location. You won’t regret getting the rust protection done with our harsh Canadian winters. It’s a good investment!
