I had an appointment at 2:45 PM but genuinely thought it was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:02 PM, making me 17 minutes late. I own that mistake. Upon arrival, staff told me they were running an hour behind schedule. I've had my vehicles rust proofed here for a number of years, and I have noticed the rust proofing certainly has made an impact on limiting the amount of rust my cars have developed.
