First class service! Bill and his staff were very professional and friendly. They even took the time to explain everything they were going to do during the oil spray process putting my mind at ease about all the misinformation I've heard about undercoating. I'm going back every year with my new to me car. I highly recommend visiting Krown in Fort Erie.

1 star is still pushing what this location is worth. I'll spare the readers the details, but highly recommend for everyone to take a further trip & visit a Krown at any other location in Niagara. After receiving a service here in Fort Erie & returning with concerns that were denied any acknowledgement the St. Catharines location welcomed me & took care of the concerning issues problem free. Looking forward to my follow up with head office.
