Had my truck Krowned and it resulted in swelling of rubber around my headlights and doors. Krown is petroleum based and breaks down rubber and plastic over time was Martin response from head office. Buyer beware.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled 8:00 AM appointment. After waiting for assistance, I was told and that they could not accommodate my scheduled appointment and I would face a 30–60 minute delay. I was not contacted in advance, which is unacceptable given the appointment was booked two weeks prior. Furthermore, no alternative appointment times could accommodate my schedule. This experience demonstrates a lack of professionalism and reliability, and I will not be returning.

Had this service preformed on Monday. I was in and out quickly with a free product as well (special of the month). I asked about having the car done in warm weather vs fall weather and surprisingly, it is better in the warmer weather so the product can spread more evenly. Such a friendly staff crew.
