Great fast efficient service. Friendly staff.
They’re great. I’ve been using Krown for a couple of years now and haven’t had any issues. The service is great, and they’re always efficient. I would easily recommend them. The only small downside was that the receptionist I dealt with during my last visit seemed a bit rude and didn’t take the time to explain some information clearly. Aside from that, I’ve always had great service at Krown.
Why was a sticker placed on my car without my permission? Did anyone ask for my consent??? I strongly don’t like having stickers put on my vehicle. When I removed the sticker, it damaged and ruined the sticker that was already on my car. This was extremely frustrating and careless. Please do not place anything on customers’ vehicles without explicit permission.
Got my car done few weeks ago an honestly it was the worst undercoating I've ever seen. Half the underside of the car isn't done an they soaked my engine with whatever the use. For the 180 dollars I wouldn't go back the backyard mechanic would do a better job for 120. An whatever they use dont stay on
