Would give a zero star if i could. Got my Mom’s car krowned in Casselman (she usually goes to the Orleans location - BTW, they are great, I highly recommend them). So back to Casselman: they did an awful job: sprayed the engine compartment to the point that her alarm system is now malfunctioning due to a short in a wire. Went back, the manager (Sebastien ?) took one look and said « wow that’s bad ». Offered to shampoo under the hood, free of charge. Great service but, the krown anti rust isnt good, it dripped off my car after 6 months and my car was vulnerable to rust and salt again.
I brought my car to Crown two years ago for undercoating. They claimed they sprayed behind the wheel wells, rocker panels, and the full undercarriage — but clearly, they didn’t. I now have major rust damage in the exact areas they said were protected. Rust started showing up within two years, which should not happen with proper undercoating.
