I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Krown. I was told the service would take 30–60 minutes, but I ended up being there for 2 hours. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, and I wasn’t done until 1:20 PM. Someone who arrived at the same time as me left over an hour before I did, and another customer who came after me still finished before me. I drive a small SUV, while they had a pickup truck, so the long wait made even less sense. I also requested the Aquapel glass treatment, but my windshield didn’t look like it was cl... read more
The coating itself seems fine, but the employee who did my car got the coating ALL over the inside of my car. It was on my seat, on my wheel, my door handles, every part that you would touch was sticky. Not to mention they readjusted my seat which you have NO reason to do when you are in it for less than 5 minutes and now it will take me months to adjust it back to how it was.
Took their time, wasn't just 10 minutes and done.
