Bought a window AC from the town we live in, we gave them the measurements of the one that was not cooling any more. They didn't have one on hand, but did at another store 30 miles away. The lady gave us a cost, and said it would be at their store in two days. The unit was not the dimensions we gave her, it was to big They told us to cut the hole bigger to make it fit. We were in desperate need of a certain type of drop-in cooktop stove. We took a chance, drove from Neligh to O'Neill to Krotters, and found exactly what we needed. The price was even less than others we had looked at. Joe and a very lovely lady (working at the counter) took very good care of us. We were ready for lunch then, and the lady even gave us a wonderful recommendation, the Country Club! The staff at Krotters were amazing!
Krotters has been nothing but outstanding with their customer service and their product. They follow up on it amazingly we bought them when we remodeled our kitchen all of our appliances and anytime. We have an issue right there and their customer service is great. Highly recommend them

The people that work here have to be some of the nicest people around! Highly recommend stopping by here! Most recently when I went to the store i bought some Urban Slicer Gluten Free Pizza Dough... You could not even tell it was gluten free. Amazing stuff, check it out!
