Kross Tek was amazing. They were everything one would want in a service team coming into your home. Courteous, professional, quiet when they could be, efficient and very neat and tidy. Respectful of the space. The system is wonderful, works very well and all was explained clearly. So very happy with the whole process.

What a team! After another company botched our heat pump install and then couldn't fix it, Kolton and the team came in, diagnosed it, and fixed it within a few hours. We then asked them to expand our system to the entire house. You can barely even see it from the outside because he took the time to blend it into our house. In a world where people don't seem to take pride in their work, Kolton stands out. I would trust Krossteck with any future job.

They took time to explain every step of the process and insured that everything was working properly before they left.
