Eric, completed some repair services for my inground pool today. He did an excellent job as usual. Over the past few years, he has opened and closed the pool and repaired or replaced many items for me. He's very knowledgeable about his trade, reliable, helps educate me on the best way to maintain my pool and always provides excellent service. In addition, I can say those same things about KB’s owners and every member of the KB team I interact with when I go into the store. Thank you all for your help.

We recently purchased a new hot tub from Krossber Brothers. Shopping experience was great, staff was attentive and friendly. Jeremiah went over all options and assisted us with selecting a hot tub. They also gave us a great deal with lots of accessories. The delivery was quick (within 2 weeks) and the guys were again very professional and friendly. We’ve been enjoying it for almost 2 months now and couldn’t be happier!
We purchased a spa 4-5 years ago, never have had an issue. At the time of purchase, we received great service. Yesterday, randomly our spa was 6-8 inches low on water with no obvious signs of leaks. I reached out to Mike K. to set up a service call, the Crew was over to our home the next morning, found the leak, made the repair all within an hour! The Service Team, Josh and his co-worker, were friendly and efficient. Great job, thank you!
