KRoss plumbing provides nothing short of exceptional service. I myself unprofessionally got a snake caught in my 2nd floor kitchen sink drain that went all the way down to the first floor bathroom. I called up Ross and within days problem solved. From the initial visit for an estimate to the communication about when he could start and how long it would take he exceeded his own expectations.
