Our van went in for an annual service before heading to the coast. We thought needed new tyre and alignment as well There were other issues but even though they were fully booked they still worked on it and had it all fixed ready to leave for the cape 3 days later
Graham was so helpful with trying to organize things with the extensive repairs to our damaged van he took the time to listen to all my issues even though he was so busy he was more than happy to fit it in to be looked at and quoted I have tried numerous places in Brisbane that couldn’t help me I wish I’d found Graham sooner I would highly recommend them for anyone needing anything fixed caravan related
Servicing of our van was great, except for the attitude and in general the way the owner Graham behaved towards a veteran is disgusting. I feel that this is a major contributing factor for the high turnover of staff. Not going to use them ever again, Jayco need to remove this business from their network!
I have now been taking our cars and our camper to Kropps for over 4 years without and problems at all. The team is always really professional and accommodating. We service three cars with Kropps and they all run very well and reliably with no fuss. When we had a really odd problem with my son’s car Kropps took a very logical and cost effective approach rather than just take the really expensive approach of replacing everything possible.
