A fantastic crew of people who genuinely care about your car and van as if it were their own. Ive been going to kropps for about 15 years now and I've never had a drama. It's always been honesty and integrity over everything else. I wouldn't trust anyone else in town with my vehicles. The staff are lovely, and strive for perfection with everything they do.
Having used this company countless times over the years, Graham and his team certainly excel in customer service! They are super helpful, kind and professional on every level. Our van went in for an annual service before heading to the coast. We thought needed new tyre and alignment as well There were other issues but even though they were fully booked they still worked on it and had it all fixed ready to leave for the cape 3 days later
Graham was so helpful with trying to organize things with the extensive repairs to our damaged van he took the time to listen to all my issues even though he was so busy he was more than happy to fit it in to be looked at and quoted I have tried numerous places in Brisbane that couldn’t help me I wish I’d found Graham sooner I would highly recommend them for anyone needing anything fixed caravan related
