January and February we were traveling through NSW and Vic when we were caught in an unprecedented Rain event and our 2011 Jayco sprung a leak . We were due to head off to WA in mid April and needed to Get her Fixed. Took her up to Graham and the team for evaluation and they explained how busy they were but bent over backwards to work something out. After many months on the road including some of Australia's roughest outback tracks it was a great experience to have had our Supreme offroader serviced here as we passed through Brisbane. Whilst undertaking a brake and bearing service several (not visible to eye) safety issues were discovered relating to brakes and wiring, which were promptly resolved. The price was very reasonable. An example of an honest and knowledgeable business, thank you from us at @WanderPawsDownUnder !

The team is always really professional and accommodating. We service three cars with Kropps and they all run very well and reliably with no fuss. Had a really odd problem with my son’s car and Kropps took a very logical and cost effective approach rather than just take the really expensive approach as the only approach. The clear and direct approach they provide is rare and always on target. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Brilliant quick service even though they were fully booked out they kindly fitted my Jayco eagle in for repairs so we could go away for a pre booked holiday.they worked hard and in the rain to fix the bed end rails and done a great job my go to repair shop A1 highly recommended, Thank you.
