Racist and very unprofessional. Makes decisions for you without telling you. Charges people $185 dollars for services even if you don’t like the outcome but won’t tell you ahead of time what there fees are. Melissa especially did our taxes and decided she wants to put our kids tax credit under my husband name because she thought it would be the best deal. WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO MAKE THAT DECISION THATS BETWEEN ME AND MY HUSBAND. Very unprofessional. Never coming back here and I will personally make sure others don’t do so
