Nice to work with and very responsive. They had an overall lower cost than the title agency that was recommended by my lender that was not local to the area.
worst title experience ever. mistakes on closing docs which delayed closing another week...did not want to release funds in a timely manner really poor execution and communication...avoid them at all costs
