Horrible company and customer service! Should have never purchased! To only have one sales person is a complete joke and not to mention the mistakes that have been made to my unit are unbelievable!! Hayden needs to be replaced asap! Should have gotten an Elevation!!

Biggest mistake ever, here’s a new one, first year water tank fell through the floor. Newest entire roof was installed wrong, windows are leaking, have a bowl catching water on our kitchen table, roof nails are rusted, blown through at angels. Don Kropf talks down to woman and stands behind a 1 year warranty. We have 3 companies including our insurance that said manufacturing defect.
