We ordered our Kropf Eldorado in August got December 14th we have many issues. Pocket doors upside down lump in the bathroom under the tile linoleum chip in our toilet the seat broke next day replaced replaced our our shower heads. Leak in our roof all the crown molding needs recorking nicks and dents missing cage light we are awaiting one. It’s very surprising to me that they would want their name on such inferior quality. We had to wait 10 extra days for there quality checks what a joke. So many issues excuses. Poor qual... read more
