Complaint about Dr. Gatuso I had a 10:30 appointment this morning with Dr. Gatuso,instead of my primary physician, Dr. Haynes. I had a been assigned to Dr. Gatuso without any consultation with me. I was about to leave to check in by 10:15,, but at 10:00 I a received a phone call telling me that Dr. Gatuso had an emergency surgery and that my appointment would be rescheduled for tomorrow I was told that I knew that Dr. Gatuso was on call even though I had NOT been informed of this. I had asked that a prescription be renewed a... read more

My Mother has dementia which causes mood swings, depression and anxiety. We were prompted to change psychiatrists after Dr. Ungson saw her in the hospital. Our first visit should have tipped me off after being rushed through the 10-minute appointment. He wanted to get her off her anxiety meds asap, even though that is her biggest issue, he also wanted to change her anti-depressant which we agreed too but when I asked about tapering her off one onto another and the side effects, he laughed. Terrible office staff. Unprofessional, uneducated and incompetent. Not there to help patient's. Just a paycheck. Would rather patients end up in the hospital than doing their job.
Excellent in every possible way and the staff are the friendliest and most knowledgeable I've ever had the pleasure to work and know with as a patient and I'm 69 1/2 years of age, military widow and advanced traveler for 50 of my years! Thank you to ALL staff that are & have been connected to this excellent facility !
