Exceptional service. Caring thoughtful staff. Dr. Chris is awesome. He has the patience of a saint and answers any questions that arise. Megan has been super helpful with our last issues with Autumn. Very HAPPY with all the vets and associates at KVC. Would not think of going anywhere else.
Our appointment was for 10/12/2015 @ 10 A.M. We got to the vet at 9:50 A.M. already had our paper work filled out when we proceeded to the front desk they were not friendly at all, we got who do you have here. At 10:40 we still had not been seen so we said forget it give us our paperwork back we will go to another vet. The place was very clean but most of the staff my husband and I thought were not very friendly.When we went up to the front counter to tell them we weren't going to stay they didn't even ask why.
