I am disappointed in many of the parents explaining they will be mutilating their childrens bodies permanently and not being happy with the results. Surely if you wanted a perfect image of health, you wouldn't go to Dr. Kronenwald's office. Or you wouldn't think about harming your child.

was very disappointed in the way we were treated today by the reception Jackie. We came in to have our 2 year old check out for her ear infection she didn’t sleep the day before and was extremely exhausted & in pain, she kept going towards the door near where the rooms were and my husband was handling it but instead the reception got up and said “ I’ll handle this” in such a rude tone and closed the door, then my daughter started to cry, and so the reception went and closed the window so she didn’t have to hear her crying.
