I am disappointed in many of the parents explaining they will be mutilating their childrens bodies permanently and not being happy with the results. Surely if you wanted a perfect image of health, you wouldn't go to Dr. Kronenwald's office. Or you wouldn't think about harming your child.
was very disappointed in the way we were treated today by the reception Jackie. We came in to have our 2 year old check out for her ear infection she didn’t sleep the day before and was extremely exhausted & in pain, she kept going towards the door near where the rooms were and my husband was handling it but instead the reception got up and said “ I’ll handle this” in such a rude tone and closed the door, then my daughter started to cry, and so the reception went and closed the window so she didn’t have to hear her crying. Got my son circumsized there 1.5 yr ago. No Issues, quick and easy procedure. My Son let out a little cry but it was for a very short time and much less of a pain cry then now when he falls down or bumps his head on something!
Dr.Kronenwald is very respectful and genuinely listens and takes his time. He has helped me with a number of issues and clarified things where my previous doctor did not. I find him honest as well. When there are options he lets me choose and respects my decision. The receptionist is lovely and goes the extra mile, she is fantastic. The only one thing I'd say is that if you don't get an early appointment, wait times can be a little long (as with most doctors), that is why I ranked 4 instead of 5 stars.
