Absolutely love this gym! I started in January 2022, and I love the changes I see! No high impact activity, and the instructor accommodates every single exercise to allow for any injuries. The classes are the perfect size and I've gotten to know some wonderful people!

My son really enjoys going and learning from Derek at Kromsfit. He goes above and beyond with his instruction and really communicates well with a young child. Recommend them 10 out of 10.
