We had a great experience with Kromer's. They responded on short notice, 2 days before Christmas. Our problem was addressed and solved quickly. Very personable and great service!
Ron was a very rude person not complying with our request of taking off his boots or slipping boot covers ? Afterwards slamming my door and refusing to give us service? My stove is not working and I couldn’t have a proper Thanksgiving, because of my stove, and then to Go through this experience with this person Ron from Kromers. SMH 🤦 No buenos!!!
