I went to Amina to go blonde about 3 months ago. She damaged my hair a lot without much education or conversation. in fact she didn’t wash my hair fast enough so it became too bleached. After blonde she brushed my hair so rough so much fell out and it hurt a lot. She didn’t bother to use any treatments or anything after to fix the situation 😔 She’s a nice lady but didn’t take the time to explain the process or what might happen.
