My first time here and it was great. Nicole dyed/colored my hair from black to light brown balayage style. She was very attentive, transparent, and a great communicator which is all I ask for in a service. Honestly, I’m very surprised with my results since I didn’t expect my hair to from black to light brown. Daniela also helped out in terms of lightening my hair since it’s what I wanted. She also trimmed and styled my hair, which was very much needed. They were both amazing :)
It’s always a pleasure coming to kroma! Everyone is so friendly and the services are top notch. It’s like visiting a spa. The hair wash is my favorite + the massage chairs, it’s so relaxing.
The staff is welcoming and the vibe is excellent. The awesome experience starts as awesome from entrance the salon and then from shampooing and hair styling .
Friendly, professional and efficient, Shannon knows how to deliver what my vision is for my hair. Not an easy job!
