Ate there on 6/7, prices & food was good. Went back on 6/8 and walked out, I won't be subjected to price gouging. I was in town with the Production Team for a show at Lambeau. To learn that the owner increases his prices with the "event/game day" menu, has a downsized menu and has a cash only policy on event/game days was absolutely pathetic. hamburger is great so are the perch plates
Food was delicious as always. I love that I can come in and sit in the bar area, have a classic well made drink, comfort food, and see a friendly face that's been there for years. All the things I look for in a old fashion bar (just not on a Packer home game day, whole another experience!)
We had the broasted chicken meal. It was the special for April and it was awesome. Just like I remembered from years ago. Still comes in a pan!
Not very good. Salt & pepper shakers where very dirty along with the condiment on the table. Will not go back
Been going there for over 25 years. Tonight might be the last time I do so. The food was good but the service was TERRIBLE. It took over 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered it and it was not very busy. In addition, I ordered a cup of chicken dumpling soup and got applesauce instead. When we arrived there were two other tables with people at them. When we left, it was maybe half full so I cannot chalk it up to being short staffed. Our server took and brought our drink order but she never came back to check on us.
Best cheeseburgers and chili
The service was absolutely horrible! When I asked for a side of vegetables, I was told they have no vegetables? Never in my life have I heard of such a thing. We were charged 3 times for the same item. And when we asked for a extra fork, the waitress pointed to one on the table and said “ there’s one right there.” It was someone else’s fork😫.
