I had an appointment scheduled six months in advance, with multiple emails sent by them to confirm it. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the office to cancel it without explanation. A brilliant Dr. who cares
The doctors are good. Jason is great, the front desk is horrible. They almost never answer the phones. Ive been trying to call for an hour now during the times where they open and available and no one answers. Its not the first time. It always seems to happen until you get lucky one time, maybe. For a drs office, this shouldnt happen
