Derek revieweda partnership agreement for me and provided constructive feedback. For example, a couple of areas in the contract provided protections for the other party, and Derek helped adjust the language so that my business was protected. Working with someone like Dereck when reviewing contracts is helpful because there are a lot of details that don't stand out to the average business owner.
