Elizabeth really helped me out today by finding a low-cost replacement for one of my prescriptions today without me even asking. It was a "wow" experience that is so uncommon these days. Kroger pharmacy has really improved their staff, hours and customer service over the last few years. I'm always happy with everyone I speak with there, whether I'm in person or calling (I'm always able to get a real person and everyone is curteous and helpful).
