I called to give them my new insurance information in the morning, and they had already gotten it, which was the only positive. I asked when my prescription would be ready, and was told probably tomorrow. It’s an antibiotic, so I told them if they can’t do it today, I’d like it transferred somewhere else. Then I was told they would get it done today. Called to see if it was ready, and the message said they were closed, and it could be picked up tomorrow after 9am. Took 45 minutes when they said 15, watched them go and take a 30 minute lunch break. This is after my prescription said it was ready the night before. Would not recommend they always take forever in anything they do.

Always stocked, always friendly, and the store is always clean. Best grocery store in town!!

Hours suck. And kroger needs to staff more people to avoid the 30 minute daily closure. The whole operation is broken because of greedy corporate policies. It's disgusting. I hate kroger pharmacy, but have no choice to use them, so I feel they take advantage of this to avoid customer service and human decency.
