Called in a prescription refill at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday. It will be ready Saturday after 3:00 p.m.??? Not acceptable. Each and every trip is an exercise in frustration. It wasn't like this at the old location.
My own fault my seizure medicine went into the toilet. I am frantically trying to get a refill. this was my go to pharmacy. The girl I talked on the phone was super nice, but when she started talking to the main pharmacist I heard her (the main pharmacist) in the back ground say “he hasn’t had a refill in this long, no there’s nothing we can do” and chuckled. The pill bottle held 250 or so pills so obviously I haven’t had a refill in quite a while.
