Can’t fill a prescription in a timely manner. In one instance, waited all day for prescription to be filled, didn’t hear anything. Ended up driving to the store, wife was told it would be 45 minutes. She walked around the store and upon checking back in, the medicine was still not ready. The tech still had not mixed the amoxicillin as she was told would be done. Deeply disappointed by the pharmacy that they didn't bother to follow up with my PCP for a prescription they couldn't supply until my PCP closed for the day. Asked them if they called and the attendant flatly said "we're trying to call" with so much disregard to the patient circumstances. They clearly didn't call as my PCP is very responsive and would have done whatever was required had they known. It's a shame and deeply disappointing to be disregarded to this magnitude.
