11 days to fill a new prescription for a child, and it's ready yet, they bother themselves and apologize or explain what's going on, or even offer to get the prescription from a different Kroger pharmacy location. It's pathetic!
My frustration level with this pharmacy location is at a ridiculous level. I have the same sentiments as most of the low reviews here, so no need to duplicate the issues in this review. The simplest prescriptions get screwed up and I'm never notified my meds are being refilled, so I never get notified they're ready. I've tried many times to get notifications fixed, but they always get out of whack. Today I lost my keys I couldn't find them and I was asking around and I was so thankful a lady named Samantha had turned them in one of the workers. the customer service rep was so kind and sweet and searched and found them in the back room and said a lady named Samantha soon as I dropped them turned them in. Samantha was an employee there.I just want to post this and say thank you Samantha and customer service rep for all your assistance.
