My experience with this Kroger pharmacy and the store's management team was honestly embarrassing for them. I called in to have three prescriptions refilled, and they got one of them wrong. I didn't realize it until I got home: I'd paid $80 for insulin, and it wasn't the one I requested over the phone. When I brought it back to exchange it for the correct medication, or just get a refund, the staff was outrageously rude and completely unhelpful. Jessica from Kroger pharmacy is absolutely the rudest this isn’t my first experience with her being this way either. My husband went yesterday to pick up our sons inhaler and chamber I had already called and was told it would be ready the next day cause it had to be ordered but we left for vacation and wasn’t able to pick up. When he tried to pick up he was told because we didn’t pick it up soon enough ( a week) it wasn’t there anymore but they would order a new one.
