Whether you will get your prescription or not depends on which pharmacist is on shift. A pharmacist one day will say they can fill a prescription that another location doesn’t have in stock, you call your doctor’s office to have them send it to Henderson, your doctor gets the message of needing the prescription sent to a different pharmacy at the *end of the day*, the next morning a different pharmacist is on shift in Henderson & tells you they won’t fill it. Never have a issue here there the best team in town !!
I’ve had to change pharmacies a couple of times due to insurance or where I work due to distance. However, when I’m able to, I switch right back to Kroger. They have the best turnaround time & customer serve! I’ve been using them since the summer of 2000, when we first made our appearance here in East Tx. Every other pharmacy does not compare!
