Kroger Pharmacy has potential to be really great. But then that pull stuff like this, akes me angry. I took my prescription in Friday, refill date is 20th, she said it would be filled Sunday. You would think that would have filled it on Saturday, since it is a prescription a person is not suppose to just quit taking it, suppose to taper off, so now I am enduring a whole day without my medication. So I will be there 8am tomorrow morning, this just messes thing up.
Recently got my scripts from the pharmacy and I usually get good quality service but today’s service was very poor and unprofessional. The worker asked me a question but I was unable to hear what she was asking because she was standing far from the drop off area. Once I finally caught on to what she asking me, which was my dob. I proceeded to tell her but was unable to say it loudly to the point where she can hear me because I had a sore throat. She shook her head as if I was being difficult, asked me to repeat myself… mind ... read more
