Recently got my scripts from the pharmacy and I usually get good quality service but today’s service was very poor and unprofessional. The worker asked me a question but I was unable to hear what she was asking because she was standing far from the drop off area. Once I finally caught on to what she asking me, which was my dob. I proceeded to tell her but was unable to say it loudly to the point where she can hear me because I had a sore throat. Wonderful pharmacy and staff! Medication is ready when it says ready. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about people receiving texts saying that their medication is ready when it’s not. In fact, 10/10 the text usually says “please call to confirm if you would like your medication filled” and people don’t read they just assume it’s ready. This pharmacy does their job and beyond, pls start reading your texts
