My doctor wrote my script out to the wrong name today and the pharmacy worked diligently, despite the doctor's reluctance to cooperate, to get me home with my z-pack as soon as possible. It was a nightmare of an experience, but it was totally the doc's fault and Kroger pharm staff was friendly, empathetic, diligent and kept me informed so that during the fiasco, I knew what was happening every step of the way.
