Terrible pharmacy, workers give you dirty looks, and attitudes. They are unprofessional not helpful and ignore you when your describing something. They are constantly messing up prescriptions and blame it on the doctors or you. I have never had a positive experience with the pharmacy employees and I'm going to stop going here and drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Terrible pharmacy. Go somewhere else unless you want problems getting your script filled, because all you’ll get at Kroger are issues and incompetence.
Have let my prescriptions expire numerous times. I have time sensitive medication that needs to be filled at certain intervals. I have even called ahead to remind them to fill, and they still failed. Forcing me to see the Dr. again for a script they already had in their possession. Very incompetent
