Really understaffed. No matter what time of day you come, both the inside line and the drive thru line are at least 15-20 people. Going to be transferring prescriptions to a new location.
My prescription was sent in Friday. I had planned to pick it up that day. But went Saturday morning at 9:00 instead. When I got there they said they would not fill it until after 2:00pm. The whole point of my trip to town was for this prescription. The medicine was in stock they just didn’t fill it. I find asking a customer to wait over 24 hours from receiving the order is unacceptable. And to ask them to come back in five hours it poor business.
More people working at the pharmacy. People who are sick shouldn't have to wait forever for their meds and it's not fair the the people who work back there.
They are always under staff. 12 in line, one person working. 30min+ to pickup meds is nuts!
