The absolute worst staff I’ve ever came in contact with ! The woman that answered the phone this morning was not only old (sound of her voice) but very rude ! She didn’t even let me finish my conversation and ended up hanging up on me ! People like this do NOT need to work in a public environment! I dunno if she was a tech or the actual pharmacist but she doesn’t need this job !
They are only getting a ONE star from me because there’s not a minus ! The lady I just talk to on the phone this morning has got to be the rudest person I have ever spoken to ! First of all she put me on hold right away, she got back on the phone asked me what the normally do, birthdate and name, I responded, she then says what is it that I can do for you?! I told her I wanted to get my meds filled as soon as possible this morning and she wouldn’t even let me finish telling her what all meds I needed, she rudely interrupted ... read more
