I don’t know what is going on, but the wait and delays on medication refills has become too great. I waited in the drive thru line after getting off work (about 7 cars deep) only to have them shut down and tell us to come inside! No one will answer our calls and my husband has ran out of his meds.
Kroger used to have the best pharmacy in town. In the last year, customer service has gone to **** and if you can actually get someone to answer the phone it’s a miracle. A few of the young girls that work the phones and registers are downright rude and judgmental and have absolutely NO business dealing with the public. The male pharmacist (not sure of his name) is super condescending and acts like you’re a total nuisance if you have questions or concerns. first, answer the phone. maybe then you wont have so many people pissed off. second, DO NOT TOUCH PEOPLE'S PILLS WITHOUT GLOVES OR AT LEAST USING HAND SANITIZER. third, just a thought. stop saying "she's new" in a small town when the person has been there for at least a year.
Not sure what the deal is with your pharmacy but have the time no one ever answers the phone, if they do they place you on hold and never come back to the phone and the drive thru wait is totally ridiculous!! Get it together before people start going to other pharmacies!!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used.
Dropped script off earlier in the week, went thru drive thru to pick up, nothing ready. Told to come back in 30 minutes. The reason I dropped it off earlier was so when I was at that end of town I could pick it up, not to wait 30 minutes. Also, it always takes a very long time to get thru the drive thru no matter how many there are in line. Also, I pick up my mothers pain meds for her and would appreciate not being treated like a drug addict when I do!!
