Had surgery and was in extreme pain, my prescription called in on 3/24 11:30 am not ready until 3/25 “before 2pm”. Worthless pharmacy
Pharmacy voicemail not even working. Finally got through after waiting a while and they hung up on me and either didn't care to call back or were too unbothered to notice...
Came on the evening of 1/8/25 and had the pleasure of being checked out by John! He was so funny and personable! If every cashier I met were like him, I would NEVER do a pick up order again! He was amazing! I am a manager at a retail store, and if I could have someone with his personality, wit, and humor on my team, I would do everything in my power to keep him! He was GREAT! Before Rite aid and CVC shut down, all of the employees at Kroger's Pharmacy were amazing and super helpful. They answer all my questions, they truly just want to help the people in their community. 10/10 recommend.
