On hold for over 24 minutes, and still on hold...now over 35 minutes on hold still...on hold over 41 minutes for what I needed to know took less than a minute to be answered....sad get remodeled, and service surfers....get better ppl, all our time is important too...
Staff is amazing my daughter in law picked up a script for me there after all other locations was out of stock and mind u they were closing in 25 mins and they got it ready fast thanks to the kroger pharmacy staff at eakin road location they are the best.
Called to see if they can transfer my prescription and then she just hanged up on me.
