Today the lady on the Kroger pharmacy phone told me they have installed a new system and I can’t have my moms prescription until she learns how to charge me for it. She is supposed to call within the hour-I highly doubt she will ! What other business could operate like this? They are so hard to deal with and very inconsistent. We will be exploring other options.

I was in this Kroger store last week and a young man made quite an impression on me. I don't know his last name, but his name tag was Michael. He was restocking a few items and I asked him about a special order I had placed. He told me it was not his department but that he would be happy to check on it for me. Less than 5 minutes later, he was back, with the order and pushed the buggy to the front of the store where my husband waited with our other purchases. We shop at this Kroger at least 3 times a week. There are 2 people who work there who should be recognized for how friendly, kind, and personable they are. One is Eli Straight. He used to work at the Hall Road Kroger. He is gathering carts in the parking lot, bagging groceries, and helping at the front of the store. He is very personable, kind, and friendly and should be recognized. Nancy Talbett is the other employee I wanted to mention. she works in the natural/organic foods section. I just experienced a very unfriendly cashier...Stephanie was her name....all I did was ask a question about the picture that looked like a new Kroger to be built...she came back at me very rude and short when I asked her about it...like I shouldn't have asked the question! I will never have her check out my groceries again. Usually everyone is so friendly...but not today!!!

Good luck finding some products 2 weeks in a row. Consistency is hit and miss. If you like a product you could wait up to a month before you see it on the shelf again. Don't know if they're playing games coupons or what, Would be nice if Publix opened a store in Maryville,

If there was another Kroger convenient, I would never return to this Kroger. I have never experienced what I did today at any store. When we were checking ou we had 2 young girls bagging our groceries while they listened to their IPods, danced and sang. They managed to throw part of our things on the floor as they tossed them into the bags. the lady who was checking us out continued to give them dirty looks and shake her head at them. It had no effect as they continued to sing and dance and throw groceries.
