Kroger pharmacy staff are wonderful. They treat you as a human being not a number. Best in town.
This place is run by absolutely incompetent staff. Extremely unhelpful and blatantly inexperienced in customer service or pharmacy administration. After 3 weeks of roundabout phone calls and searching for a number that was on the insurance card I originally gave them, multiple times, my prescriptions have been filled. I am beside myself. This has been the most frustrating pharmacy experience I've dealt with. If you value your time go elsewhere.
