Why won’t they answer the phone??!!! For several months now they do not answer the phone or very rarely they do. I was using the Spanish line and for awhile they would pick that line up but now I guess they have caught on that is what English speaking people were doing? The lines are horrible. They take over 24 hours to fill precipitous when my doctors office sends scrips in. Very slow service. Men working there tonight very rude. The pharmacist working on my prescription was talking to others, eating candy and texting on his phone. I was the only one in line and it still took 30 minutes. When I said something about my wait time for a prescription I called in yesterday I was told that there where other pharmacies in town and maybe I should try them. It is getting worse every time I deal with them.
This place is crazy slow. I have witnessed the staff arguing with patients because they say they are so far behind and the patients get frustrated with the wait time. I dropped my prescription off at 8 a.m. and waited a hour and half before getting it. in this time the pharmacists was putting up stock while people stood in line waiting for her to fill prescriptions. finally the rest of the staff showed up at 9 and my script finally.got filled. Never have meds ready even when they say there ready the line is way to long and never answer the phone. Car line you wait just to be told dive back around and wait in the LONG car line again people change your pharmacy so you don’t have to go through there BS also they are 7 days behind that alone should say everything about this joke of a pharmacy
They wait times over the past year get longer and longer. Cannot get anyone on the phone.. they have messed up my refills several times and have refused to honor GoodRx coupons. They use to be quick, but for some reason they take forever. Definitely not going back
