Tried to transfer a prescription from Palestine to Longview. We called Palestine first and they said we had to call Longview. Called Longview and they said we had to call Palestine. Spent 25 minutes back and forth and still not sure if it’s transferred or not. Very frustrating.
Excellent service at this pharmacy. Store is in need of update in restrooms, but pharmacy is great!
