Every single time I have to call in my prescriptions or get them transferred from my Florida pharmacy, I end up getting off the phone in tears. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who works in customer service. I myself work in customer service and can’t imagine talking to any of my customer the way these men in the pharmacy have spoken to me.
