This pharmacy is becoming a HUGE JOKE anymore! They have screwed up with our prescriptions wanting to blame it on my insurance. Yet I call my insurance and they say everything is perfectly fine on their end. So I have to make my insurance company contact them by phone in order to get things figured out. They kept my husband's old insurance on file when we have both told them to take it off since he switched jobs. They are very rude now too! I'm switching to a different pharmacy! They are rude at the pharmacy,they always have issues filing prescriptions...and they tend to take their time to come talk to you about anything...it's definitely a have an issue fix it and figure it out yourself kind of place...10/10 Do not recommend Kroger for pharmacy needs
It's always a fight to get a prescription filled. And if there is a problem I hope you are psychic because they absolutely refuse to fix the problem on their own or call you about it. Truly the antithesis of customer service.
