COPIED & PASTED FROM MY MOM: Okay, so I don't normally do this but I am pissed off! I am so tired of Kroger pharmacy and their inability to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I had prescriptions called in on the 7/29 today is the now 8/2. They told me on Thursday my scripts would be ready to pick up on Friday. So my daughter goes Saturday to pick up my prescriptions and she was told they're not ready to come back tomorrow. i absolutely hate this pharmacy! It is always a 30 minute or longer wait in line just to be told to wait a hour or so longer!!!!! The people that are working there look like they are all lost and dont know what to do. The pharmacist could care less if ypu need anything. It is a shame but mI am going to have to drive to Louisville or Indiana to get my medications
Literally the worst pharmacy. They somehow manage to lose my sons insurance info everytime and I always have to come back multiple times because they never have the prescription ready when they've had the order for hours or DAYS. So now my son has to go another weekend at his dads without his medicine. Thanks Kroger pharmacy.
Constantly having to fight to get my diabetic meds filled properly. Having to wait days for meds to be refilled. Waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins or more same as going inside. it is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
This is the worst pharmacy. Some of the rudest and slowest people you will find!
