They call you and tell your prescription is ready when you get there and stand in line they say it's at the other store then you go there and guess what they don't have a clue about it . Why did they call and say it's ready for pickup? We have always bought our groceries there but I'm done with Kroger . I hope a lot of people leave Kroger give them a wake up call. Need to know how to treat your customers and get it together and not waste people time like you did mine today..
