This is the 5th visit here in the past 2 weeks where the wait for meds called in the day before for refill take an additional 30-45 minutes of wait time.
I have sent my prescriptions to Kroger New Castle, Indiana, pharmacy for years. Recently I’ve noticed how understaffed they are, and today only one person was on duty, the pharmacist, Doris. Even though I’m sure she was swamped because she was by herself, she was patient with me and the problem I had with my prescriptions. Kroger needs to fix this problem of staffing or they won’t be able to keep good employees like Doris.
Craig is likely the best pharmacist in Indiana and New Castle is fortunate to have him. Always he is caring, considerate, and a master technician in medical injections.
Kroger Pharmacy staff are so sweet, kind and helpful. They always take time to make sure your needs are met and they go above and beyond.
