Need to change hours on drive up window time they have posted lunch break from 1 to 1:30. We waited in drive thru past 1:30 to be told by the pharmacy tech( blonde haired lady) Well our techs aren't always on time. They run late sometimes & kindy crappy over the phone Doesn't sound professional to me!
They're rude and think the have the right to disagree with my Dr's prescriptions. They have refused to fill scripts of items that can be bought over the counter. Some people need to rely on their insurance to pay for all their meds, that's why my Dr prescribed it that way. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY FOR MY MEDICAL NEEDS!!!!
I don't want to be the girl that says, oh my god! But this pharmacy, hands down, is the best pharmacy that ive dealt with in all my years. They are friendly and helpful. They are still quick and efficient with only 1 to 2 staff members. They answer the phones. They seem to actually be happy and enjoy their jobs. They've never made me feel like an inconvenience. This is the 5th visit here in the past 2 weeks where the wait for meds called in the day before for refill take an additional 30-45 minutes of wait time.
