I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I placed a refill request online a week ago. Checked status this week and it showed they had contacted provider, checked status this morning and it’s back to showing available for refill and it would be ready in 3 days. It’s a daily prescription and I’m out so tried to call to get it refilled today. Immediately told me to please hold and put me on hold. Every Kroger is layed out differently. Can't find anything. Otherwise nice store.
I use this pharmacy twice a month. About 50% of the time, I receive poor customer service or have to wait in a long line.

I can confidently say this pharmacy is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever encountered. My wife urgently needed pain medication before a scheduled procedure, and when we arrived two hours after the prescription was sent, it hadn’t even been started. They rudely informed us it would take at least another hour, leaving my wife to face her procedure completely unmedicated. The staff displayed a shocking lack of empathy and care.
